Dixie Chopper says its Silver Eagle Series continues to deliver the same value and performance it has since debuting over 10 years ago. The Silver Eagle Series was originally designed for residential use, but proved to withstand commercial work, Dixie Chopper points out. New for 2016, a 72-inch model joins the existing 50- and 60-inch units.
Key features include:
- Kawasaki FX engine up to 27 hp or a Kohler EFI up to 27 hp
- Hydro-Gear pumps and Parker wheel motors
- Operator-controlled discharge chute allows operator to open and close discharge chute on command
- Mulching performance can be boosted by adding a Twist blade to the existing X-blade
- Newly released 72-inch Elite X deck design retains the X-blade technology and blade overlap
- Standard commercial spindle has an added cooling fan to reduce operating temperature of the belt and spindle and keep top of the deck clean from debris
- 5-year Bumper-To-Bumper, 600-hour limited warranty
