New in 2012 for 4x4, 1/2- to 1-ton trucks and SUVs, The Boss Snowplow introduces a 7’6” Power-V XT Plow. “This plow size is intended for 1/2-ton trucks which do not have the capacity to handle 8- and 9-foot Power-V XTs,” says Mark Klossner, marketing director for The Boss Snowplow. “Now we’re giving these customers a chance to own the popular Power-V XT family.”
The B-8 (8’4”) and B-10 (10’4”) box plows are designed to attach to any skid-steer vehicle using a universal coupler system for easy attachment.
The Boss BX-12 is the company's first box plow designed for professionals seeking to remove large volumes of snow in a single pass.
Boss UTV plows are available in two models: the 6’6” Power-V XT and the 6’ Poly Straight-Blade Snowplow, and feature many of Boss' Smart Technology systems for improved plow durability and performance. A high-performance, fully hydraulic system offers a high blade lift height for unmatched snow stacking capability. The hydraulic pumps are fully enclosed to protect against corrosion and hydraulic freeze-up. Operation of the hydraulic and electrical system is done with the touch of a button from inside the cab. A unique sloped-profile undercarriage does not hinder ground clearance or inhibit trail riding when the snowplow is detached.
THE BOSS takes the performance of its revolutionary "Steel" Power-V XT Snowplow to a new level with the introduction of the new "Poly" Power-V XT Snowplow. Available in two models (the 8'2" XT and the 9'2" XT), the Poly Power-V XT Plow features a super-slick poly surface that lets snow easily slide off the blade saving on fuel costs and minimizing wear and tear on the vehicle drivetrain. Designed for the toughest jobs, the Poly Power-V XT is a multiposition snowplow with a 37" flared blade wing that improves snow discharge for maximum performance.
