EH90 and EH99 Big Block Engines

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

Subaru says its 35-hp EH90 and 40-hp EH99 (pictured) engines meet a growing demand for larger, air-cooled gasoline engines that deliver increased power for a wider range of applications. The engines are ideal for equipment like vehicles and zero-turn mowers.

SP Series Engines

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

The SP Series from Subaru utilizes a high-performance automotive design. The engines feature chain-driven OHC technology combined with an efficient hemispherical combustion chamber for optimum engine performance. Intake and exhaust valves are positioned to lower resistance for the air/fuel mixture, while a high compression ratio produces greater power and torque.

EA190V Engine

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

By incorporating industry-leading OHC technology, the EA190V from Subaru offers easier starts, quieter operation and more power. A highly efficient hemispherical combustion chamber combines with OHC technology to optimize engine performance by allowing the intake and exhaust valves to be positioned to offer lower resistance for the air/fuel mixture flow.

EA175V Engine

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

The EA175V Engine is the first in Subaru’s extensive engine line ideally suited for use with walk-behind lawnmowers. The engine is built lightweight, yet rugged and powerful enough for demanding mower applications, and is also designed for use on a variety of other vertical-shaft engine applications.

SGX Generators

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

Subaru’s SGX Generators are available in three models to meet the needs of numerous users, from homeowners to professional contractors.

  • SGX3500 delivers a maximum output of 3,500 watts and features Subaru’s EX21 7-hp engine

Heavy-Duty Hammer-Guard

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

Subaru's Hammer-Guard feature on its line of high performance air-cooled, 4-cycle overhead cam (OHC) EX Series engines is specifically engineered to protect the engine recoil from damage associated with equipment abuse during transport or on the jobsite.

All-Season Engine

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

Subaru's All-Season Engine combines the powerful benefits of overhead cam (OHC) technology from its EX Series engines with special cold-weather features of the SX Snow Series line to create a multi-seasonal solution for a variety of outdoor equipment.

LP/NG Engine

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

Subaru's new EPA/CARB certified EH72 LP/NG engine is the first and only Subaru engine with the ability to operate on either propane or natural gas. This keyed-shaft engine is designed to provide the same longevity, durability and power offering as standard gasoline engines, while reducing harmful emissions and remaining EPA/CARB compliant.

EX40 Engine

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

Subaru's EX40 overhead cam engine is the largest model in its line of high performance air-cooled, 4-cycle EX Series engines. Applications include general construction equipment, power generators, compressors and small agricultural machinery.

Portable Inverter Generator Line

Product From Subaru Industrial Power Products

Models in the Subaru inverter generator line include the R1700i at 1,650 watts, the RG3200iS at 3,200 watts, and the RG4300iS at 4,300 watts. The advanced inverter technology significantly reduces running sound. Subaru inverter generators run the engine at a slower speed for low power use, and automatically increase speed as more electrical power is required. Further sound reduction is achieved through the reverse-cooling design. This allows the generators to be fully enclosed in a sound-absorbing poly-resin enclosure for near-silent operation.
