New Format Introduced for 2012 GIE+EXPO

The new format will provide the opportunity for dealers, distributors and manufacturers to have exclusive time on the show floor without the presence of end users.

A new format has been announced for the 2012 GIE+EXPO that will provide the opportunity for dealers, distributors and manufacturers to have exclusive time on the show floor. They will be able to share conversations about agreements and product pricing without the presence of the end users.

Manufacturers will also have access to 30 meeting rooms on Monday, Tuesday and parts of Wednesday to host their dealer meetings. Manufacturers seeking to increase the attendance by their customers can sign them up directly with the "Hosted Buyer Program", matching their goals and budget. Following are the show hours.

Monday-Tuesday all day and evening – meeting rooms available to exhibitors

Wednesday until 3 p.m. – meeting rooms available to exhibitors

Wednesday 3 to 7 p.m. – exhibit floor open exclusively for dealers, retailers, distributors  

Wednesday 5 to 7 p.m. – exhibit floor open exclusively for dealers, retailers, distributors 

Thursday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – exhibit floor open to all attendees
