Rotary Recognizes Employees for Sales and Leadership Excellence

The awards were given out by Rotary Corporation at the company’s national sales meeting to several individuals.

Rotary Corporation recently recognized several employees for outstanding performance in sales and leadership during the company’s national sales meeting at Amelia Island, FL.

Rodney Collins and Cindy Deloges received the Salesperson of the Year Award for exhibiting superior salesmanship while Gordon Howes was presented the Sales Department Award for illustrating the requirements of a “model” sales representative.

The Duke Award, named in honor of the company’s late founder, Duke Harvey, was presented to Katey Waters and Dave Wilder. Both recipients consistently displayed competitive and positive approaches to the continued growth and success of Rotary.

Top Gun Awards were presented to Clarke Baum, Al Campbell, Terry Clauson, Sid Cox, Robert Huff, Leroy Murdock, Bren Pepper and Greg Vaughan. The Top Gun Award recognizes sales representatives for consistently displaying both competitive and positive approaches to the growth of the company’s dealer business.

Most Improved Sales Territory went to James Copeland, Scott Crosson and Clinton Smithson Sr. for showing “True Team Spirit” and increasing business in a very competitive sales region.  

Also, Tim Clauson, Deloges and Gerald Sturgis were recipients of the ACE Award which recognizes “Outstanding Achievement and Attitude by a Salesman.”
