Lawn Doctor Under New Ownership
Investment group partners with Lawn Doctor management to take over the company.
Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, an LA-based independent investment firm that invests in middle-market companies, has partnered with Lawn Doctor management to complete the acquisition of Lawn Doctor Inc.
As a part of the transition, long-time Lawn Doctor executive, Scott Frith, will take over as CEO.
LLCP invested $17.5 million in Lawn Doctor.
