Belgard Hardscapes Outfits BUILDER Concept Home Series

The series featured three distinct homes that reflected the different lifestyle needs of Gen X, Gen Y and Baby Boomers.

Belgard Hardscapes illustrated its versatility in the 14th annual BUILDER Concept Home series at the 2012 International Builders Show in Orlando, FL, February 8-11. The series featured three distinct homes that reflected the different lifestyle needs of Gen X, Gen Y and Gen B (or Baby Boomers.) Each home featured carefully selected paver applications by Belgard Hardscapes, including driveways, walkways, patios and pool decks.

“The BUILDER Concept Home Series is a unique way to show the versatility innate to Belgard pavers,” said Ken O’Neill, vice president of marketing for Belgard Hardscapes. “With our large selection of pavers in every color, texture and style imaginable, we were able to outfit three different homes with three distinct styles and lifestyle needs without compromising design.”

Belgard Hardscapes was an Alliance Sponsor for the Concept Home series and was the exclusive paver supplier for all three homes. The Gen B (or Baby Boomer) home features Urbana Knightsbridge and a border of 12x12 Urbana Charcoal. The Gen X home features Mega Arbel Oak Run with a border of Urbana 12x12 Slate. Lastly, the Gen Y model has City Series 12x12 Cream and Appian Combo Cream.

Set side-by-side on a cul-de-sac, the trio of homes was available for free guided tours to IBS 2012 attendees from February 8-11, and served as model homes for a 1,900-unit section of the Eagle Creek community near Orlando’s Lake Nona. The Baby Boomer house also will be rendered as a comprehensive, photo-realistic virtual tour within the project website at www.BUILDERConceptHome2012.com.
