BrightView Landscapes, LLC, the nation’s leading landscape services and snow removal company, has announced the acquisition of Marina Landscape Maintenance, Inc. Marina Landscape Maintenance employs nearly 400 people and services 200 client sites in Orange County and the greater Los Angeles, Inland Empire and northern California markets.
Terms of the deal, which closed January 1, 2017, will not be disclosed.

Stowell will remain as vice president and general manager.
BrightView has annual revenues in the $2 billion range and employees roughly 22,000.
