Plan Your Financial Future in 8 Hours
Landon Wise, a young Florida contractor in business for four years, has never had a budget for his business. But as his company has grown, Landon knew that had to change. So he sat down with consultant Tony Bass, and eight hours later he had a budget in place that will allow him to grow revenue, cut costs, and plan for his financial well-being well into the future. Listen in to hear Landon and Tony describe how they did it.

Great Job Tony!
I’ve been to Tony’s seminar early on when I started my business and it helped me tremendously in the way I think about my business and especially how I negotiate with clients and close a deal. Tony has helped me to not have to worry about being the lowest bidder, but to read the client, listen to there needs and determine how much they might want to spend on a project and build from there. Of course there are those commercial clients that look for the lowest bidder, and we win some of those, but we’ve been able to move forward with our business with higher end clients that understand that it’s not just about price, but quality of service and customer care! Thanks Tony!
I learned a lot from this ProCast as well. It has helped me to continue to work on my budget and to forecast not only revenue, but more importantly expenses.

Chris & Mike. Thanks for the comments. It is great to know you are listening & profiting along the way! I hope to see you at one of my upcoming seminars in MN, LA, KS or GA. Perhaps you will join me online for a live event coming in February!
