Include Software’s iCREWtek is an iPhone-based tool that helps landscaping contractors manage their crews at all times by marrying the ever-increasing functionality and power of smart phones with Include’s Asset business management software. The application significantly boosts field crews’ efficiency by: 1) reducing prep time and paperwork in the morning, 2) creating a live “dispatch board” from which managers can direct the best-suited crew to the next job, based on their exact current location and their progress on their current job, 3) capturing billable time and materials that often go uncharged when changes occur in the field, and 4) allowing work to be managed “on the fly” in real time.
