8HT PowerVac Collector Product From The Grasshopper Company

Grasshopper displayed its new 8HT PowerVac at GIE+EXPO 2012. It’s designed for use on any Grasshopper mid-mount or front-mount mower, except for the largest models where the 4-cubic-foot capacity of the collection bags simply does not make sense.

The 8HT PowerVac features:

Hinged metal top with a spring-loaded metal latch that locks the top in place, allowing for easier removal and emptying
4 cubic feet of capacity via two mesh bags
Tougher, reinforced mesh bags that are more tear- and rip-resistant

The original PowerVac Collection System is based on more than 40 years of airflow research, Grasshopper points out.
