Case has introduced two new skid-steer loaders for 2015, the SR240 and SV280, which feature Case's maintenance-free particulate matter catalyst solution with no filters to maintain or fluids to add.
Additionally, through improvements in lift cylinders, hydraulics and machine design, Case says it was able to substantially increase operating capacities. Key performance specs include:
- Rated at 74 hp
- 232 foot-pounds of torque
- 8,680-pound bucket breakout force
- 24.2-gpm standard hydraulics and 33.2-gpm high-flow auxiliary for enhanced power and attachment versatility
- SR240 (pictured) weighs 7,400 pounds with rated operating capacity of 2,400 pounds
- SV280 weighs 8,090 pounds with rated operating capacity of 2,800 pounds
- EZ-EH (electro-hydraulic) setup menu with nine adjustable speed and control sensitivity settings that can be adjusted on the fly
- PowerStance wheelbase designed to provide excellent curb clearance and greater stability during lifting and hauling
