Skid Steers and Track Loaders

JCB produces 18 skid-steer loaders and compact track loaders models in total: 10 large-platform models and eight small-platform machines. All models are now powered by fuel-efficient Tier 4 Final emissions standard engines, delivering up to 16% fuel savings over Tier 3 machines and an average of 9% improvement over the previous Tier 3 JCB skid steers and compact track loaders.

Other key features include:

• Unique single-arm “PowerBoom” design provides enhanced visibility and safety
• Wide-opening side door allows operators to easily enter and exit the spacious cab without having to climb over attachments
• New electro-hydraulic control levers offer the operator three levels of response, from slow modulation for fine trimming work to faster and more responsive controls for digging and loading work
• Electronic control system also allows option of specifying H-pattern controls rather than the standard JCB ISO pattern, improving integration in mixed fleets
• O-ring face seal hydraulic fittings and a simplified design resulting in 38% fewer parts
• Tilting cab design gives technicians improved access to the machine’s power train and hydraulic components
• Large rear service door for easy access to the engine and daily checkpoints
• Over 31 attachment families can be used with a standard universal mechanical hitch or optional power quick hitch
• Parallel lift and two travel speeds make it easy to maneuver around the jobsite and complete more tasks in less time
• Optional smooth ride system (SRS) for more comfortable material transport on rough terrain
