Dyna-Gro says its Pro-TeKt 0-0-3, “The Silicon Solution”, is a liquid supplement that supplies higher levels of potassium and silicon to help plants build stronger cell walls. Stronger cell walls make a plant less susceptible to certain insects and invading fungi.
Dyna-Gro says an additional benefits are the increased stem strength and leaf positioning of plants, which improves photo syntheses; increases heat, drought and cold tolerance, and provides longer-lasting leaves and blooms.
Dyna-Gro recommends using Pro-TeKt as a supplement with any fertilizer. Pro-TeKt 0-0-3 is available in 8-ounce, pint, quart, 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 15-gallon and 55-gallon sizes.
