Toro has updated its line of Z Master Professional 5000 Series propane mowers with new closed-loop electronic fuel injection (EFI) Kohler Command Pro propane engines. These new models incorporate closed-loop EFI technology designed to improve fuel efficiency. Downtime can be reduced because the mowers operate without carburetors. Toro says its updated line of EFI propane mowers can reduce fuel costs by up to 25% and require less maintenance when compared to similarly sized carburetor engines.
The propane mowers feature a fully sealed fuel system that eliminates evaporation emissions, fuel contamination, theft and spillage. Each unit has one 43.5-pound vapor draw propane tank mounted behind the seat to allow better deck and drive tire visibility.
