The Mower Shop in Fort Smith, AR, recently remodeled its dealership in order to create more floor space for customers and sales staff, resulting in more face to face contact with customers. New equipment displays and shelving for parts and accessories allows staff to spend more time with customers and less time running to the back for parts.
A Lista parts storage system was installed this past winter, in addition to Lista Workbench Systems in the service department, which have resulted in a neater, cleaner, more professional shop. The entire shop was also painted, and equipped with improved lighting and hose reels. The Mower Shop is Stihl Gold certified.
The Mower Shop’s owners, Kim and Judy Olson, are very passionate about children and pets. The dealership is a regular contributor to the local Humane Society and several other animal rights organizations. Donations to The Sierra Club, The Nature Conservancy and the World Wildlife Fund happen yearly. The Olsons say they’re most proud of their involvement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation where they raffle off a mower every year.
