Horizon Distributors Inc. has moved its Austin, TX, sales center to a new location at 3716 Dime Circle in Austin. The new store offers an equipment service center and expanded product section with additional space for power equipment from Exmark, Kawasaki and Toro.
The 10,000-square-foot store also features a large selection of Horizon’s exclusive TurfGro fertilizers, an increased inventory of irrigation products from Rain Bird, Hunter and Toro, as well as Vista lighting products.
“The new store in Austin is bigger and allows for an open merchandising set and larger inventory of power equipment, fertilizer, tools and chemicals,” said Kurt Owens, south Texas regional manager, Horizon. “We also incorporated a drive-through yard so customers can get what they need quickly and get back on the jobsite.”
In addition to relocating its Austin store, Horizon has plans to open a new sales center in Bedford, TX, in September 2009. The new 16,000-square-foot Bedford location will include a service center and more than 12,000-square-feet of outside storage.
