Jim Grafft, a Janesville, WI, businessman, has recently purchased the assets of the engine division of TecumsehPower Co. with plans to move the operation to Rock County.
TecumsehPower manufactured gas engines for snowblowers, generators and other lawn and garden, industrial and agricultural applications before halting production in December 2008.
