MyBusinessGenie is a sales workflow and business management software for landscape contractors and dealers. It allows businesses to showcase their services & products to customers visually using their tablet devices. This allows them to show-n-sell in the field when talking to customers. Additionally, they can also create quotes, invoices & contracts on-the-go; get signature as well as take payments. MyBusinessGenie is composed of three components - Field App (iPad app), Client Portal & Administrative Portal.

FIELD IPAD APP

The field app allows businesses to showcase their work & catalog using their tablet device and enables them to manage their day-to-day business activities on-the-go! The app works offline and syncs with server when online.

- Present your portfolio of work visually using images

- Collaborate with customer on various concepts & ideas

- Present your catalog of products and services and display them visually

2. Create quotes & invoices

- Get customer approval on quotes via signature on iPad

- Generate PDF files for quotes & invoices and email it to customer

- Send online link for client payments (& approval)

3. Capture leads & manage projects

- Capture leads on-the-move

- Manage all business contacts (individuals and companies)

- Capture notes, expenses & payments and track all of them in-context

4. View & manage calendar schedules

CLIENT PORTAL

The client portal is a self-service portal for end-customers to view vendor's work, contact them, approve documents, make payments and order products and services online.

1. Dynamic portal with real-time content

- This beautiful portal can be used as a primary website for the business or can be linked to from the current website

- Keep the content fresh - any images taken on the field are immediately reflected on the client portal upon sync

2. Integrated lead management

- All form submissions and client queries via client portal will be captured as a lead within the system and automatically creates quotes for further processing, reducing overall work for business

3. Online approvals, payments & more..

- Customers can view all quotes, invoices & contracts and approve / make payments online

- Customers can also submit testimonials via client portal and message businesses via this platform

ADMINISTRATION PORTAL

MyBusinessGenie administration portal is an online portal for businesses to administer the account, configure the system and manage all data within the account. Sync the Field iPad App to ensure that all the data is up-to-date with the administration portal.
