Case Sells 11 West Coast Dealerships

Sonsray Machinery has acquired 11 dealerships previously owned and operated by Case Power and Equipment; dealerships located in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

Case Construction Equipment has announced an agreement with Los Angeles-based Sonsray Machinery LLC, under which Sonsray Machinery will acquire and operate 11 Case dealership branch office locations in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. The dealerships were previously owned and operated by Case Power and Equipment, a subsidiary of CNH Construction Equipment.

Sonsray Machinery will provide comprehensive sales, as well as parts and service support for Case customers through branch offices in:

  • Northern California – Redding, Sacramento, Stockton
  • Southern California – Fontana, San Diego, Santa Fe Springs
  • Nevada – Sparks
  • Oregon – Portland, Salem
  • Washington – Auburn, Marysville

The entire line of Case construction equipment—including loader/backhoes, excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders, vibratory compaction rollers, crawler dozers, skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, loader tool carriers and rough-terrain forklifts—is available at all 11 locations.

Sonsray Machinery says its customer base includes construction companies, road builders, excavating contractors, utility contractors, landscapers, government agencies, demolition crews, quarries and aggregate processors, farmers, recyclers and waste handlers, railroad and municipality crews, and all sorts of industries with warehouses and routine maintenance needs.
