Takeuchi-US has introduced the all-new TL12V2 track loader, the first vertical-lift model in its lineup and the largest vertical-lift track loader in the industry, Takeuchi assures. Additionally, the TL12V2 has many new features designed to enhance performance, durability and serviceability, while also providing better stability, visibility, reduced vibration, increased lift height, and complete operator comfort.
The vertical-lift loader arrangement delivers 45% greater operating capacity over the current TL12 radial, in addition to greatly enhanced load and carry performance. Furthermore, the vertical lift-arm design provides improved reach, lift height and stability.
Other key features of the TL12V2 include:
- Kubota 3.8L diesel engine is US EPA Tier 4 Final emission-compliant, produces 111.3 horsepower and 284 ft-lbs of torque
- Lower cross member for greater visibility, efficiency and performance
- Design of the rear cross member provides optimum visibility to the rear
- Operator station has been completely revamped with a wider cabin for enhanced comfort and accessibility
- New 5.7-inch color multi-informational display
- Precision pilot controls and new Active Power Control system
- Quiet track design for reduced noise and vibration
- New tread pattern produces greater flotation minimizing ground disturbance
- New contact pad between the roller and track enhances ride quality and reduces vibration
- Undercarriage has been lengthened for greater stability and improved ride quality
