Techtronic Industries Co. (TTI), parent company of Milwaukee Tool, promoted Steve Richman to CEO.

Richman served as president of Milwaukee Tool for 17 years, during which Milwaukee Tool achieved double-digit annual revenue growth and a workforce now exceeding 21,000 individuals worldwide.

Richman’s promotion follows the retirement of Joe Galli, Jr. During his 18 years of leadership at TTI, Galli played a pivotal role in shaping the company into a global leader in professional and consumer power tools.

Responsibilities of Richman's previous role as senior group president have been redistributed throughout the executive management team who will continue to report to Richman.

Richman’s appointment as CEO is effective immediately.
