Ruppert Landscape Opens Branch & Promotion in Virginia

Corrales has been with Ruppert Landscape for more than a decade, joining the organization in 2014 as a Receptionist in Gainesville, Virginia. She quickly advanced to Branch Administrator and later to Area Manager and then Associate Branch Manager, where she played an integral role in building strong client relationships and supporting operational growth. She recently relocated to the Fairfax branch, which was established in early 2025 to accommodate growth in the Northern Virginia market, to continue building their team and operations.

The new branch will be led by Jeff Patch, who has been promoted to Branch Manager. The Yorktown branch will provide a full range of commercial landscaping services, including grounds maintenance, design and landscape enhancements, turf care, irrigation system management, pond and lake management, arbor care, outdoor lighting and décor, and snow removal.

The agreement begins in the 2026 season and runs through 2028, with programs and activations launching in collaboration with clubs in markets across the USL’s national footprint.
Mariani Premier Group Acquires Roots Landscape
Mariani Premier Group acquired Roots Landscape, a landscape firm headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2016 by Dan Burt, Roots Landscape has established itself as a leader in the Bucks County and Main Line Philadelphia markets. The company originated when Burt, who previously led the Terrain Landscape Services team, founded Roots as an independent entity. Today, Roots Landscape continues to serve as Terrain’s official preferred landscape firm while delivering high-end services to an exceptional residential client base.
