Bobcat Company will be showcasing a comprehensive lineup of equipment for grounds maintenance, turf and landscaping professionals at GIE+EXPO.

Among the items on display will be the company’s new commercial mid-size walk-behind WB700 series mowers, as well as the L23 and L28 small articulated loaders, the new UW56 Toolcat utility work machine, two new R2-Series compact excavators, several new attachments, and additional updates to the company’s lineup of zero-turn mower models which launched in 2020.

In addition, Bobcat will also have the T66 and T76 R-Series compact track loaders and the S64 R-Series skid-steer loader on display for the first time at this show.

Visitors will also be able to see a demonstration of MaxControl, Bobcat’s proprietary, app-based remote operation technology on the T76. Launched in 2019, the MaxControl app turns an operator’s smartphone into a control unit for the loader with the ability to command machine functions and operate attachments from outside of the cab, up to 300 feet away.

“We are excited to bring such a robust product lineup to the GIE+Expo 2021 show and have the opportunity to connect with turf professionals, landscape contractors and acreage owners across the country,” said Kelly Humble, senior marketing manager, product planning, at Doosan Bobcat North America. “The reliability, efficiency and never-quit attitude of Bobcat is a perfect match for the people who work tirelessly day after day to keep their operations running at optimum capacity.”

New Commercial Walk Behind Mowers Help Operators Achieve More

Bobcat will be unveiling three all-new commercial walk-behind mowers at this year’s GIE+EXPO show. Contractors will be able to shred grass and tough turf with ease thanks to the ultra-powerful Kawasaki FS series engine, operator-friendly controls, and updated hydraulic transmissions. The durability and quality of Bobcat’s zero-turn lineup is infused throughout these new machines, and contractors will be able to build a fully rounded-out fleet to tackle any turf job.

In 2020, Bobcat, released its family of zero-turn mowers. Several enhancements have been made since the initial release, all of which will be on display at the show:

ZT2000; ZT3000:

  • Updated transaxles with internal overflow bottles
  • Steel fabricated spindle assemblies
  • Improved control lever grips

ZT3500:

  • Updated transaxles with internal overflow bottles
  • Steel fabricated spindle assemblies

ZT7000:

  • New models with Kaw FX1000 EFI engine

All-In-One Utility Work Machine Gives Operators a Competitive Edge

The UW56 utility work machine serves as a pickup, compact tractor, loader, and work vehicle in one that delivers the power and productivity owners need to take on the day.

In addition, the UW56 can be paired with over 45 different attachment configurations, increasing versatility and productivity for any grounds maintenance or turf jobsite.

This latest model comes equipped with redesigned all-LED lights for optimum visibility and long-term durability, even in low light working conditions. An enhanced drive response system provides smoother acceleration/deceleration, and automatically recalls drive response settings for added convenience and efficiency.

Other updates include improved corrosion protection, an overhead dashboard with an integrated 5-inch display and ultra-comfortable cab.

Digging in With Newest Compact Excavators

The E32 and E35 compact excavators are the latest additions to the Bobcat’s R2-Series family. According to the company, operators will experience the ultimate in precision with low-effort joysticks and new hydraulic control valve, which provides superior machine control and ease. The new hydraulic control valve offers improved metering for smooth controllability and natural, finite movement of the workgroup and great joystick feedback. Precise and predictable operation and fast cycle times leads to more productive digging, level grading and more.Bobcat E35 Bucket S6c4800 21h3 Ko FcBobcat

Continuing Bobcat’s tradition of being known for compact equipment, the E32 and E35 are designed to help operators get more utilization from one machine to tackle a variety of demanding tasks. Key new features include an integrated lift eye, arm-mounted auxiliary couplers, and LED work lights. Optional add-ons include a larger 7-inch touch display, clamp with diverter valve and a high-back heated seat with headrest.

Nimble, Ground-Friendly Small Articulated Loaders

Operators looking to get lifting capacity in a turf-friendly compact machine will appreciate the Bobcat L23 and L28 small articulated loaders.

Not only do the L23 and L28 lift and handle heavy loads relative to their size, but they also deliver maneuverability thanks to the articulation joint that enables the rear tires of the loader to match the path of the front tires as they turn. This results in highly nimble loaders that navigate around obstacles with ease and work well in enclosed yards and small work zones.

With their tight-turning articulation and light overall footprint, the L23 and L28 limit cuts or tears to finished surfaces when turning or hauling a load. This leads to fewer surface repairs after the job is complete.

In addition, these machines are a highly transportable and relatively lightweight solution that enable contractors to quickly get their machine to the jobsite and get to work.
