Briggs & Stratton says its InStart featuring Just Check & Add reflects its consumer research, which found that homeowners want a lawnmower that is easy to start, use and maintain.

Available in 2016, InStart allows for simple push-button starts powered by a lithium-ion battery that provides up to 75 starts on a one-hour charge, Briggs & Stratton assures. This is combined with Briggs & Stratton's Just Check & Add feature, which means that the engine will never need an oil change; operators just need to check and add oil when needed.
