The two companies have shared a long and successful history of service distribution to the outdoor power equipment industry. The combined company brings together the talents and resources of each organization to serve and supply an expanded sales and distribution footprint now extending across all 50 U.S. states.
With this acquisition, Power Distributors now supplies more than 25,000 independent lawn and garden dealers, rental accounts, industrial, hardware and retail accounts nationwide from 11 distribution centers, multiple customer contact centers and administrative facilities strategically located throughout the United States.
