The National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) has partnered with Cengage Learning and ed2go to deliver online courses that can help train and develop staff skills.
The online courses are typically 12 lessons and take about six weeks to complete. There are more than 100 courses to choose from, ranging from leadership and supervision to QuickBooks and accounting to Microsoft Office products to speed Spanish.
“We know that the winter season is a key time for staff training and development, and we hope this low-cost solution for self-directed education offers companies a good resource,” said Sabeena Hickman, CAE, NALP CEO.
