A Memphis, Tennessee woman's yard was vandalized by a lawn care company.
The woman's granddaughter confronted one of the employees, later identified as the business owner, on camera. The video uploaded to social media has now gone viral. The company has since apologized, but the family said the damage is done.
"He came to the front of the house and he just mowed an X," said Lakisha Davis. "He took it into his own hands and that's not just how you do it."
The local lawn care company, Innovative Lawn Solutions, hacked up Davis' grandmother's front yard in the Gaslight Square Neighborhood of south Memphis because of a $35 fee the company claim was unpaid.
