Invoice2go is a mobile app that helps small businesses manage cash flow through easy-to-use invoicing, expense tracking and simple reporting tools. Designed to work on a smartphone, tablet or computer, all of your documents are synced across devices.
Creating professional-looking invoices is easy. Just pick from a pre-designed template library, upload your own company logo if you'd like, or even create a company logo with the app's "designer" tool. Then, creating invoices comes down to four simple steps: 1) choose the client, 2) select your service, 3) select quantity and price, 4) save, preview, email and/or print.
Invoice2go is offered in three levels ranging from $49 to $149 a year.

- Charts and reports help you track payments and who still owes you money
- Can also create estimates and purchase orders
- Can create statements for a given customer
- Calendar tool lets you log your time on a job and add it to an invoice; you can also set payment reminders to be emailed to clients
- Receipt tool allows you to take pictures of receipts and store them electronically
- Scan tool allows you to scan bar codes on materials and other supplies to add to job notes and invoices
