For the third season in a row, Domenic Chiarella, a 35-plus-year veteran of the snow and landscaping industry, is offering his Million Dollar Webinar Snow Series. The eight-week series is a combination of educational blog posts and webinars. Webinars are being held on November 20 and December 18.
Some of the topics being discussed are production capacity boards, pre- and post-season work orders, pre- and post-storm work processes, and common flaws associated with work orders and invoicing.
