Weingartz, a Michigan-based outdoor power equipment retailer, recently celebrated the opening of a new store located on Jackson Road in Ann Arbor, MI. The store, which opened on April 4, is the fifth location for the 66-year-old retailer.
Weingartz’s new store is housed in a former Harley Davidson dealership. At 22,000 square feet, the new location isn’t the largest Weingartz store, but it is large enough to accommodate both the retail and service divisions that have allowed the family owned company to expand to the size it is today.
“We are really excited about our new Ann Arbor location,“ commented Dan Weingartz, owner of the power equipment supplier. “We’ve had customers driving from the Ann Arbor area to our other locations for years now so it’s nice to be able to open something up closer to them.”
The new Weingartz location carries a massive inventory of power equipment including walk-behind and zero-turn riding mowers, chainsaws, blowers and generators from top brands like Exmark, Cub Cadet, Stihl, Honda, Toro and RedMax. In addition, the store will maintain a dedicated parts and service station in addition to offering at-home delivery and demonstration.
