Official Rules

DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The Great Green Industry Pro” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 am on September 12, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 pm on November 1, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
SPONSOR: ACBM, LLC, 201 N Main St, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538.
ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes, you must be a Green Industry landscape contractor or outdoor power equipment dealer who is a legal permanent resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and eighteen (18) years or older (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and prize providers (Echo and Milwaukee) (the “Prize Providers”) (collectively referred to herein as “Sweepstakes Entities”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void outside of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Visit https://www.greenindustrypros.com/page/gpg (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the Sweepstakes entry form (the “Entry Form”) in its entirety including first name, last name, street address, city state, zip code, email address, and phone number along with the selection of up to 2 prizes you are interested in winning. Upon completion of the Entry Form, click the “ENTER NOW” button to receive one (1) entry into each of the two prize drawings you selected. There is a limit of one (1) entries per Entrant/email address per day. Entrant must enter each day to receive one (1) entries, one for each of the selected prize drawing.
There is a limit of 90 entries per Entrant/email address for the entire Sweepstakes. Entrant can receive up to a total of forty-five (45) entries into a prize drawing. Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential prize winners (defined below) may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.
DRAWINGS: There will be a total of two (2) prize drawings, one drawing for each of the prizes being awarded. On or about November 1, 2022, one (1) prize winner (each a “Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected for each of the two (2) prize drawings from among all eligible entries for that selected prize drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a prize drawing will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for that specific prize drawing. The random drawing and determination of the Prize Winner will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.
PRIZE: There are a total of two (2) Prizes.
- One (1) prize of a PB-9010T Backpack Blower, SRM-2620 String Trimmer, and DPAS-2600SB 56V Attachment-capable String Trimmer. Total ARV is $1339.97
- One (1) prize of a Milwaukee Tool Outdoor Power Equipment Prize Pack. Total ARV is $1,800
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $3139.97.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Any taxes imposed on the income of the Prize Winner as a result of winning a prize and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the prize are solely the responsibility of the Prize Winner. No transfer or substitution of the prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. There is no cash alternative offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The value of a prize is taxable as income and the Prize Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the prize.
PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIMS: Each potential Prize Winner will be notified via e-mail within three (3) to five (5) business days of the drawing date (the “Email Notification”). Except where prohibited, potential Prize Winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within the date and/or time indicated in the Email Notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Public Release Form and W-9 form (if prize exceeds $600 in value) (the “Paperwork”) in order to claim the prize. If potential Prize Winner fails to return the Paperwork within that time, or if potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected through a random drawing from the remaining non-winning eligible entries received for the respective prize drawing. If the prize or Email Notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected as outlined. Except where prohibited by law, the Prize Winner’s entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said Prize Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information and voice on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities and waive any right to challenge the decision of the Sponsor regarding any claim of ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, whose decision shall be binding. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Sweepstakes Entities. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Prize Winner, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
WINNER’S LIST REQUEST: To receive the name of the Prize Winners, send a self-addressed, stamped (business size) envelope to: “Great Green Industry Pro” Sweepstakes Winner’s List Request, 201 N Main Street, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538. Requests must be received by December 31, 2022.
