Equip Exposition opened housing blocks for industry members wishing to attend the 2025 show, to be held Oct. 21-24.

Registration for Equip 2025 is open and winter pricing for attendee registration is only $25 through May 31, 2025. Hardscape North America continues to co-locate with the show. The blockbuster trade show brings more than $25 million annually to Louisville.
Since assuming management of the business-to-business trade show in 2022, OPEI has worked to energize Equip Exposition’s offerings. The show broke attendance records in 2022 with 25,000 attendees, in 2023 with 27,000, and again in 2024 with 28,500.
