With more than 30 years of experience in sales, dealer development, and strategic growth within the agricultural and compact construction equipment industries, Lowe will play a key role in expanding KIOTI’s market presence. Meanwhile, Phillips, a 20+ year veteran of KIOTI, will leverage his deep knowledge of the company’s sales operations and dealer network to drive efficiency and growth in his new role.

In his new position, Lowe will oversee the KIOTI market expansion strategy, working closely with the sales team to drive growth, improve customer engagement, and strengthen the brand’s position as a market leader. His extensive expertise in sales operations, dealer relations, and market development will support KIOTI’s continued expansion across its product portfolio including tractors, compact construction equipment, utility vehicles, and zero-turn mowers.
Prior to joining KIOTI, Lowe held various leadership roles at Kubota Tractor Corporation, where he managed national sales teams, dealer programs, and strategic initiatives that increased market share and customer reach. His deep understanding of the equipment industry and commitment to dealer success make him a valuable addition to the KIOTI leadership team.
Tim PhillipsKIOTI Tractor
During his tenure, Phillips successfully led the launch of new product segments, including zero-turn mowers in 2019 and compact construction equipment in 2023, contributing to consistent market share growth. His time in the field as a territory sales manager from 2003 to 2017 earned him valuable market and dealer insights, which continue to inform his strategic leadership. Phillips also spearheaded the implementation of KIOTI’s sales and operations planning process and played a leading role in expanding the dealer network. In his new role, Phillips will oversee sales operations, market intelligence, marketing, and inside sales, driving continued growth and operational excellence across North America.
Massey Services Promotes Ross Smith
Massey Services announced the promotion of Ross Smith to director of systems administration, systems architect. “We are excited to see Ross step into this new leadership role,” said Adam Scheinberg, vice president, information technology. “His innovative approach and commitment to enhancing our IT systems have been invaluable to our company’s success. Ross Smith joined Massey Services in 2015, bringing a passion for innovation and a strong technical acumen. His dedication and leadership led to his promotion to systems architect in 2018. Since then, Smith has played a pivotal role in enhancing Massey’s IT infrastructure, developing strategic solutions, and overcoming challenges to optimize system performance and efficiency.
In his new role as director of systems administration, Smith will oversee the daily operations of the systems administration team and all cloud resources, ensuring seamless functionality and continued improvements in technology management. His expertise will be instrumental in advancing Massey Services’ commitment to operational excellence and superior customer service.

With nearly 20 years of landscape industry experience and a degree from Athens Technical College, Daniel has been an integral part of Ruppert’s growth and success. He joined the company over a decade ago as a Field Manager in Lilburn, Georgia and advanced to Area Manager, where he played a key role in establishing the Alpharetta branch. Last year, he relocated to Orlando to serve as Associate Branch Manager following Ruppert’s acquisition of Tree Amigos Outdoor Services.
“Daniel has done an excellent job integrating Ruppert’s culture and processes in the Orlando branch while maintaining the strong, dedicated team that was already in place,” said Rob Huether, Regional Manager. “We look forward to seeing Daniel excel in this new role and are confident that he will continue to lead the branch toward ongoing success.”
As Branch Manager, Daniel will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including planning, budgeting, team development, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Ruppert’s Orlando branch provides a full range of commercial landscaping services, including landscape maintenance, design and enhancements, turf care, irrigation management, pond and lake management, arbor care, and outdoor lighting and décor.
