Schiller Grounds Care, Inc., a manufacturer of lawn and garden power equipment and the parent company of the Bob-Cat, Ryan and Steiner brands, has added Pam Prior and Drew Aloisi to the Schiller team.
Prior will work as the new chief financial officer. Prior immediately assumes a key role in managing Schiller’s network of dealers and distributors around the world, its large direct-to-consumer businesses and in crafting the company’s expansion plans within the international green industry.
Prior will immediately take responsibility for company-wide financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, and the development of new business opportunities. She will also take charge of the company’s Information Technology departments.
Prior has had key financial positions at some of the leading companies in the Pennsylvania area including Tasty Baking Company, Cardinal Health and DuPont De Nemours and will be based in the company’s Southampton, PA, headquarters.
Aloisi will serve as director of sales for the Bob-Cat, Ryan and Steiner brands. He comes to Schiller following various sales positions at Polaris Industries and MTD Products. He most recently worked as a national accounts manager for Meyer Products.
In his new role, Aloisi will be responsible for managing the sales organizations, as well as determining sales strategies and revenue growth. He will also oversee and assist the brands’ regional sales managers.

Aloisi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University. He is based in Cleveland, OH.
