Charter Software Inc. has announced integration between ASPEN, their Windows-based business management software, and CNH Capital, the financial services business of agricultural and construction equipment maker CNH Global N.V.
Charter’s CNH Gateway Commercial Revolving Account Interface eliminates the need for equipment dealers to go outside of their business system or use a credit card terminal to process sales using CNH Capital-issued accounts. Without this integration, dealers accepting the CNH Capital Commercial Revolving Account as payment manually key in their Commercial Revolving Account transactions via the CNH Capital Virtual Terminal.
Using the interface in ASPEN, dealers can accept the CNH Capital-Commercial Revolving Account as a form of payment and process the transactions directly to CNH Capital. Dealers receive immediate approval status from CNH as well as notifications of parts and service promotions that they can offer their customers to increase sales. The interface also supports pre-authorizations, purchases, voids and credits. Dealers can also safely and securely store customers’ CNH Capital Commercial Revolving Account numbers for quick processing for future orders without compromising security.

Charter Software also assists dealers who do not currently accept the CNH Capital-Commercial Revolving Account by working with CNH Capital to convert customers from an open account or other card options to CNH Capital accounts.
