Effective July 1, 2014, Koch Agronomic Services LLC has acquired the turf and ornamental assets, brands and product technologies of Agrium Advanced Technologies. Agrium’s products include numerous controlled-release fertilizers including Duration CR and Polyon.
According to Agrium’s website, the deal was worth roughly $94 million.
Koch Agronomic Services is based in Wichita, KS.
