Koch Agronomic Services Acquiring Agrium Assets

Koch Agronomic Services LLC has acquired the turf and ornamental assets, brands and product technologies of Agrium Advanced Technologies.

Effective July 1, 2014, Koch Agronomic Services LLC has acquired the turf and ornamental assets, brands and product technologies of Agrium Advanced Technologies. Agrium’s products include numerous controlled-release fertilizers including Duration CR and Polyon.

According to Agrium’s website, the deal was worth roughly $94 million.

Koch Agronomic Services is based in Wichita, KS.
