Steel Green Launches Opti-Rate Pulse-Width Modulation Rate-Controlled Spray System

The new Opti-Rate PWM spray system is designed to enhance the accuracy and consistency of spray applications.

Steel Green Manufacturing's Opti-Rate pulse-width modulation (PWM) rate-controlled spray system, developed in conjunction with CapstanAG, was designed to enhance the accuracy and consistency of spray applications.

Opti-Rate independently controls flow rate and pressure to maintain a consistent application across the entire boom. When a Steel Green machine turns, Opti-Rate ensures the spray rate remains consistent through turn compensation. Opti-Rate also increases output when the machine speeds up, and decreases output when it slows down to maximize chemical savings.

Opti-Rate is available as an optional accessory and is compatible with all new Steel Green models.
