Kubota Tractor recently added three electronic fuel injection (EFI) commercial mowers to its Z700 family of gasoline zero-turn mowers—the Z751KWi with a 48-inch deck, the Z781KWi with a 54-inch deck and the Z781KWTi with a 60-inch deck—to bring the series to a total of nine models to cater to landscapers’ preferences, mowing conditions and bagging needs. According to the company, the new EFI models also boast:
- An EFI system that adjusts high-pressure fuel delivery for optimal power and fuel efficiency, which is ideal for challenging conditions and uneven terrain.
- Kawasaki EFI engines that combine the advantages of a fully integrated electronic governor electronic control unit and open-loop technology, which contributes to high performance without experiencing power loss—even when confronted by heavy workloads or uneven terrain.
- A premium suspension seat that allows operators to customize their ride with a weight adjustment dial for comfort and reduced fatigue during long jobs.
- 24-inch low-profile tires for reduced ground pressure and tire roll.
- A large 3.5-inch LCD engine monitor and a dial throttle control for precise engine management.
- A durable 8-gauge steel deck, 6 inches deep, for stability and a quality cut.
- A deck step indicator to improve comfort and ease operator entry.
- A 6.5-inch no-flat caster tire to eliminate downtime.
- A 12-volt outlet to charge and power 12-volt devices.
- Water- and dust-proof safety switches.
- A wide operator station.
