There’s no shortage of work for Utah’s landscapers—in fact, several companies are scheduling projects a year in advance.
That may seem like good news for anyone in the landscape business, but not necessarily.
“Without the supply, the costs are going to go up,” Terraworks Landscaping owner Paul Sannar told 2News.
The supply he was referring to is labor. Sannar and many other landscape companies say they can’t find people to work on their projects. “If you can stand up, you’re pretty much hired,” Sannar said.
