Avant Tecno says its loader-mounted snow blade is designed for fast snow clearing in large spaces. These include road areas, the company points out, because the snow is tossed further away in a single pass.
The form of the snow blade is designed so that snow picks up against the back wall of the blade, creating a twirl on the snow. When the snow is in motion, it moves easier to the side of the blade, creating less force that moves the machine sideways so the snow is tossed further away. Furthermore, the middle part of the blade is plastic, creating a lighter-weight blade that allows snow to more easily glide to the side of the blade.
