A small family-run company, EarthaPro understands what it’s like to be entrenched in the day-to-day tasks of running a business.
That’s why it developed a software product that is intuitive and easy for landscape pros to integrate into their operations.
Launched in January 2025, EarthaPro is a back-office management software designed specifically for small lawn care and landscaping businesses that helps them manage jobs, customers and finances, all in one place.
“At the beginning of our journey, we would be talking to landscape pros, and they would talk about other software and say, ‘It’s supposed to take a few months to get used to this,’” says Peter Quan, co-founder and head of technology at EarthaPro. “We would sit back and think about how you can get used to our software in an hour. We wanted to make this as easy as humanly possible for people to go in and manage the back end of their business. It’s sad that some businesses fail because of the back-end process.”
Courtney Krstich, co-founder and head of growth at EarthaPro, notes that many small businesses don’t have the time to wait several months to a year to onboard a software. With EarthaPro, landscape companies can ensure they’re getting paid and being profitable — all with a few clicks.
She understands this through her time in the landscape industry when she worked with landscape pros around the U.S.

“They felt like there wasn’t really a software for them,” Krstich says. “A lot of these companies don’t fail because of the outside work they do — the work is fantastic and beautiful. They fail because their back office can be a mess.”
Key features of the product include:
- Job management: Helps track jobs, create estimates and proposals and manage job costing.
- Customer management: Provides CRM tools like list and map views for managing customer relationships.
- Scheduling: Allows scheduling single or multiday jobs.
- Invoicing: Facilitates sending invoices with payment links to customers.
- Affordability and simplicity: Focuses on affordability and simplicity, avoiding unnecessary features or hidden costs.
On average, Krstich says customers save about five hours per week.
“We’re working with pretty small companies — five hours a week is pretty substantial,” Krstich says.
Quan adds that EarthaPro understands how important ease of use is because the company is in the same position as its clients.
“The entire point of this software was to work with small lawn care companies, so that it was super easy to use and they found in the features exactly what they wanted,” Quan says. “Other software does a lot of great things, but it’s incredibly overwhelming to a small lawn care and landscaping company.”
Krstich adds that EarthPro users can reach out any time for support as they onboard the software.
“If they have any issues at all, they can reach out to me,” Krstich says. “I give everyone my phone number and email so they don’t have to wait online for a chat bot. We’ll help you ASAP.”
