ECHO Opens Training Center

Engine Training 10ECHO IncorporatedECHO Incorporated has opened an ECHO National Training Center in McHenry, Illinois, which will deliver comprehensive, practical education on ECHO’s industrial power equipment (IPE) and outdoor power equipment (OPE) for technicians.  

 The new 6,025-square-foot facility was designed to provide an interactive curriculum, combining web-based pre-learning and traditional classroom instruction with in-depth, hands-on experience. The center will regularly host training sessions for technicians across ECHO's dealer and distributor network, supporting ECHO’s IPE and OPE product lines.

Father & Daughter Team Brings Lawn Care to Mansfield, Ohio

Combining family values with entrepreneurial spirit, a father-and-daughter team has introduced Weed Man Lawn Care to Mansfield, aiming to deliver greener lawns and personalized service built on trust, hard work, and local pride.

Bob and Clarrissa Dillon have already had great success running their Weed Man & Mosquito Hero operations in Columbus, and are thrilled to expand into Mansfield, while setting up shop in the old Fackler Building on Home Road North.

Weed Man has over 220 franchises across the US and Canada. However, they take pride in the fact that they are locally owned and operated in over 1000 territories. This gives them a unique blend of the resources and expertise of an international network, while offering the individual attention of a family-run business.

Two Promotions Within Ruppert Landscape

Max GraumannMax GraumannRuppert LandscapeRuppert Landscape has promoted Max Graumann to Branch Manager in the company’s Annapolis, Maryland landscape maintenance branch and Mason Bolesta to Branch Manager in the company’s Silver Spring, Maryland landscape maintenance branch.

Graumann joined Ruppert in 2021 as an Area Manager in Forestville, Maryland, where he quickly distinguished himself through his strong operational expertise, leadership, and ability to build high-performing teams. In his new role, Graumann will oversee branch operations, cultivate client relationships, and support the continued growth of Ruppert Landscape’s maintenance presence in the eastern Maryland market. 

Mason BolestaMason BolestaRuppert LandscapeBolesta joined Ruppert in 2021 as an Enhancement Manager after building a strong background in turf management and quickly distinguished himself through his operational knowledge and relationship- and team-building skills. In his new role, Bolesta will oversee branch operations, cultivate client relationships, and support the continued growth of Ruppert Landscape’s maintenance presence in the central Maryland market. 

Altoz Names David Bates as District Sales Manager, Midwest

In this role, Bates will be responsible for supporting dealer development, strengthening relationships and driving Altoz sales growth across the region.

Bates brings experience in ground care equipment and sales, along with a strong understanding of customer needs in commercial and residential applications. His background will support Altoz’s continued focus on delivering solutions that perform in demanding environments.

Bates will work directly with Altoz dealers to deliver product knowledge, sales support and training, while helping grow market presence for Altoz outdoor power equipment across the Midwest.
