Toro’s professional segment sales for the quarter ending April 30 were up 12.6 percent from the same time one year ago. This growth is primarily related to strong end-user acceptance of zero-turn mowers and stand-on mowers.
Residential segment sales jumped 14.5 percent. Strong snowthrower sales later into the year have helped, as have a spike in walk mower sales, partially tied to rapid acceptance of Toro’s new eCycler cordless walk mower.
