Hands-On At PIPELINE 2026

Buses full of social media personalities throughout the trades come to a stop. As riders depart, a corridor of employees applauds and welcomes everyone. It’s loud. It’s energy. It’s an intense way to start the morning. This is PIPELINE. This is where Milwaukee Tool makes early announcements ahead of the Fall 2026 to early 2027 2027 tradeshow season, allowing attendees to get close and personal with everything on display. And there was plenty on display. 

Attendees included carpenters, electricians, mechanics, landscapers, concrete contractors, and more. Everyone has speculations on what to expect and a wish list of tools and features they would like to have for their job. (Did someone say refrigerator? Hot lunch container? Yup. See below.) 

The company’s goal is to advance the trades as they continue to move forward. The demographics of attending social media personalities were deliberate. They represented the skilled trades and put a face to the daily complexities of the modern trades.

“You're continuing to get more demands on you every single day, tighter timelines, higher expectations. I know because I confirmed it spending time with you…over the years, and spending time in the field, is the skilled trades don't complain,” says Shane Young, group president of Milwaukee Tool during the general session. “They don't create excuses. They figure out how to get the job done. They continue to hone their craft. They continue to build upon their skills, and that's what we get the opportunity to do. That's what today is all about.” 

He adds, “Thank you for all that you do to work with us to advance the trades forward. I think we'd all agree that the future is built with skilled hands. We are all fortunate to work alongside of them to help grow with them and move with them into the future as those challenges continue to change.”

Over 100 new world solutions were on hand, adding to the standing hundreds already on Milwaukee Tool's cordless platforms. That’s right. Over 100 new products are launching through early 2027. Grouped by category, here are more than a few highlights.

They started the announcements by enhancing the M18 REDLITHIUM line with the new M18 High Output XC5 battery. This will be a full replacement for the prior 5.0. It comes with claims to deliver 50 percent more power (than the former version) and added durability.

Milwaukee Tool continues to aim at converting gas, pneumatic, and corded power to the battery with the new M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE HD15 with “the most power, longest runtime, and fastest charging experience in the same size as the FORGE HD 12.0.

New batteries are only good if charged, so they also announced the M18 and M12 Four Bay Simultaneous Super Charger featuring their COOL-CYCLE Active Cooling System and the M18 TOP-OFF 350W Power Supply & Charger — both are compatible with PACKOUT.

Transportation

M18 FUEL 3/4 in. High Torque Impact Wrench and M18 Fuel 3/4 in. Extended Anvil High Torque Impact Wrench (both with One-Key) were designed to meet the demands of heavy-duty technicians. The next-generation 3/4 in. and new 3/4-in. extended anvil high torque impact wrenches provide the performance required to replace pneumatic tools while delivering the mobility and convenience of cordless. (Launch date Q4 2026)

M18 FUEL Grease Gun - Productivity for technicians who grease in high volumes, with faster pumping, easier stuck coupler removals, and quicker reloads. Powered by a POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, the M18 FUEL Grease Gun provides performance, pumping up to 60 percent faster than competitive solutions to reduce time spent on zerks. (Launch date December 2026)

The new M18 FUEL 9 in. Cut-Off Saw with ONE-KEY kit provides fast cutting in a variety of metal and concrete applications. For enhanced safety on the jobsite, the saw includes AUTOSTOP Advanced Kickback Protection and RAPIDSTOP Blade Brake in just under 1.8 seconds. (Launch date Q1 2027)

The M18 FUEL 18 lbs SDS MAX Demolition Hammer delivers performance for chipping floors, walls and columns and reportedly hits harder than 18lb corded, delivering 11.4 ft-lbs of impact energy. (Launch date November 2026)The story behind the battery-powered broadcast spreader is that one of the largest turfcare companies in the U.S. approached Milwaukee Tool with employees fatigued in the hot days after thousands of square feet of walking and pushing, the application suffered, and it caused retention problems. The M18 FUEL Dual Battery Mulching Vacuum is a fully dedicated mulching vacuum with an optimized design that delivers faster cleanups to meet the needs of landscape maintenance professionals, delivering 590 CFM paired with a 10:1 mulch ratio, providing a high-performance, efficient cleanup solution across a wide range of applications and materials. (Launch date January 2027)

The M18 Self-Propelled Broadcast Spreader is designed to deliver greater productivity with less effort, ensuring a consistent application on every pass. The brushless motor greatly reduces manual fatigue by propelling the unit and removing the need to manually push a fully loaded hopper across multiple properties throughout the day. (Launch date Q1 2027)

The M12 Handheld Broadcast Spreader delivers spread control and consistency throughout the entire application while eliminating the need for two-handed manual operation. The M18 30QT Rolling Fridge with PACKOUT compatibility delivers ice-cold performance, with all-terrain durability, all day.
