Cub Cadet recently named American Pride Power Equipment in Zanesville, OH, its 2015 National Retailer of the Year. This honor, given this year to the locally-owned and operated business, is presented each year to one of Cub Cadet’s 1,300 dealers nationwide.
American Pride was featured in the recent September/October edition of Green Industry Pros (story here).
The award encompasses overall sales and customer service, as well as customer support and loyalty, dealership growth and commitment to the Cub Cadet brand.
"We want to just continue to be an outstanding dealer for Cub Cadet and show that we have an excellent relationship with our manufacturers and customers both. If we keep on taking care of our customers, the rest will follow," said Ryan Dodson, who founded the dealership 18 years ago and serves as president at American Pride Power Equipment.
Dodson says the dealership backs up its exceptional customer service with solid programs such as a No Downtime Policy and Winter Service Specials.
