GreenPal, an app that connects homeowners with local lawn care professionals, launched in Denver last week.
Described as the Uber for lawn care, GreenPal allows homeowners to list their lawns with service dates and lawn care needs. Professionals can then bid on properties based on Google Street and aerial images, and any other lawn information homeowners provide through the app.
Homeowners select providers based on vendor’s ratings, reviews and price. Once vendors finish, they send a time-stamped photo to the homeowner who can then pay through the app, rate vendor’s services and schedule future appointments.
“After successfully launching in 30 other markets, we are excited to help homeowners in Denver find reliable, local lawn care,” co-founder Gene Caballero said in a statement.
