LMN will host free workshops in both September and October to help answer questions for business owners to grow their snow and ice management divisions. LMN CEO Mark Bradley will host the sessions on Sept. 14 and 28, as well as Oct. 5 and 19.
Bradley will highlight the power of business management software to help improve customer service experiences and teach business owners how to create winning, repeatable processes for the upcoming winter season.
The 2.5-hour sessions will highlight multiple areas of the snow removal industry, including preventing equipment loss and slip fall issues, optimizing your snow business, developing lucrative and competitive pricing systems, creating easily accessible snow response plans for each job site, and much more.
