SND580 Snow Melter

The dual-axle Snow Dragon SND580 is designed specifically for melting snow on the top deck of parking garages. This 5.8 million-BTU snowmelter is rated at melting 18 tons of snow per hour (based on the latent heat of ice). Other features include:

• 16 feet long, 6’2” high
• Weighs 10,000 pounds filled with fuel and water
• Can be towed by a properly sized Ford 150 or Dodge Ram 1500 or higher
• One-man operation
• Built-in lighting system
• Consumes 30-40 gallons of fuel per hour
