Boss Snowplow is building upon its ATV plow offering with the addition of a 4-foot model. Boss also offers a 5-foot ATV plow, which was introduced in 2013.
"It's all about the width of sidewalks," says Mark Klossner, marketing director for Boss Snowplow. "A 4-footer, in the straight position, can go straight down a sidewalk without scraping or contacting the turf on the sides of the blade. That’s important. Damaging turf means having to spend material and man-hours in the spring repairing it. That hurts the bottom line for contractors."
The company says you can look for the same quality features and capabilities found on full-size Boss plows. Some of those features include:
- Fully hydraulic system means no winches, pulleys or handles for lifting or angling and higher snow stacking
- Quick-attach system allows plow to go on and come off with ease
Additionally, when this 4-foot ATV plow is not attached, a low-profile undercarriage design keeps the ATV trail-compatible.
